Suitable Food
The Signature Suet Ball Feeder is designed for suet and fat balls, providing an accessible way to offer energy-rich food to garden birds throughout the year. Suitable for suet and fat balls up to approximately 60mm in diameter.

Filling the Feeder‍

• Twist the lid to unlock and remove
• Place suitable suet or fat balls inside the feeder
• Do not overfill
• Replace the lid securely
• Hang from a sturdy hook, branch or feeding station

Positioning the Feeder
Position your feeder in a sheltered location with nearby natural cover while maintaining good visibility around the feeding area.

Where practical:

• Position approximately 1.5 to 2 metres above ground
• Place close to trees or shrubs to provide natural cover
• Keep away from areas easily accessible to predators
• Avoid locations where rainwater continuously runs or drips onto the feeder
• Position somewhere accessible for regular cleaning and refilling

Regular cleaning is an important part of responsible wild bird feeding.

Remove any remaining or spoiled food before cleaning. Wash feeder components using warm water and mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and allow all components to dry completely before refilling.

Regularly inspect the feeder, hanger and fittings for signs of wear or damage. Do not use if damaged.
